Pitcher Flower Seeds
Selfheal
Selfheal
Selfheal is a mint family member that is similar to garden varieties of Lamium.
Flowers grow on a spike which expands at the top with several large calyces containing the purple flowers. When flowers drop, the inflorescence remains with an interesting shape of upside down hops.
Selfheal has been used as a health product for centuries, though careful research and consideration should be taken if this plant is intended to be consumed.
Instructions
